Our agency has been trying to help customers navigate the treacherous rapids of the Affordable Care Act.
The so called "website repairs" still have not been resolved. Subsidies are not transferring to policy premiums. Insureds are ending up having to pay the entire premium in hopes the subsidy will be applied. Appeals made to the Federal Government contractor are in limbo.
